Expert Training
Experts are an essential part of any WorldSkills Competition, not Only is it They who train the Competitors for the Competition, but They also work together to develop the Test Projects that will be completed by the Competitors and then perform the Marking of the Competitors completed Works.
Transfer of knowledge of new Technologies and best practices is part of the Mission of WorldSkills Americas and the ability for Members to keep their Experts at the cutting edge of their Fields is one of the key benefits of association with WorldSkills Americas, allowing them to take what They learn back to their member Institutions and students as well as the ability to contribute to a stronger development of the region as a whole.
For many Years WorldSkills Americas has gone beyond the benefits of Experts working together to bring the Competition and organized direct Expert Training Programs for the Experts of our Members in different Skills.
