WorldSkills Chile is preparing his 1st Technical Skills Olympiad WSCH 2016 to be held in November and it was visited by Ms. Maylen Brenes, an official of the Instituto Nacional de Aprendizaje – INA and Technical Delegate for Costa Rica at WSI and WSA.

Between 29/08 and 05/09, Ms. Maylen attended a series of meetings with the Technical Committee, members of the Board of WS Chile and Experts from a number of Skills, in order to share their experience in preparing all technical and communication aspects inherent to a WorldSkills Olympics.

Mr. Arsenio Fernandez, President of the WorldSkills Chile Foundation, points out that “most notable achievement was the meeting held with those in charge of Vocational Technical Education at the Ministry of Education to get to know how to organize and run a competition in the model of WSI.
